TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARIS EXHIBITION PARTICIPATION

• Participant is required to fill the form in order to indicate desire to participate in the exhibition
• Please leave no blank when filling the form
• The form is available in the website www.azania2000.com and required to be
  filled and dully signed then sent to Masuguru Investment Ltd. Tanga Branch
  Box 714 Tanga, Tanzania.
• Participation fees to be paid to Account no 0803947356 Akiba Commercial
  Bank,Kariakoo,Branch Dar es Salaam and the copy of paying slip to be sent to
  Masuguru Investments Ltd. Tanga Branch Box 714 Tanga Tanzania.
• Please keep the original paying slip for record.
• The participation form and paying slip should be immediately dispatched to above in order to allow organiser to have ample time for arrangements.
• At least ninety days prior to exhibition will provide enough time for organiser to arrange all necessary entry formalities
• The participant will be kept informed all the times through e mails on the
  progress or any requirements that will be needed for participation ie CD, Brochures and other literature, contract forms etc

• The fees of Euro 2000 covers airport transfers, ground transport from hotel to exhibition centre and luncheons for all days during exhibition- this fees does not include accommodation expenses.
• Paris Exhibition begin second week of March each year
• Deadline for confirmation 15 December 2007
• It’s important to arrive earlier in the exhibition centre 3 days before in order to finalise any important that might arise.

  products of the business for hotels the following details are important eg number of beds, facilities available in pictures example swimming pool, rooms, bar, restaurant or any other amenities

• And any other important information

  similarly the payment to be made in the same account no 0803947356
